Before joining MassINC, Aimee Ward worked as a Benefits Analyst at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a leading human capital consulting firm. During her tenure at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Aimee worked in the retirement practice, where she fulfilled clients’ day-to-day human resource needs. She also worked with outside trusts to reconcile company financials and acted as a consulting resource to a number of clients. Aimee began her career working for Massachusetts State Senator, Thomas M. McGee. She is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where she received a BA in Psychology. Aimee resides in Concord, Massachusetts with her husband and son.
