Caroline Koch Research Assistant Direct Dial: 617-224-1647 Caroline Koch supports the development and execution of MassINC research projects. She has co-authored several reports and policy briefs, as well as articles for CommonWealth magazine. Caroline developed her interest in public policy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she served as a research assistant to leading scholars in the field of health care and education. Her work at UMass focused on the social determinants of health, regional health care disparities, and the role of civil rights activists, business leaders, and education experts in promoting education reform, such as the No Child Left Behind Act. Caroline also teaches ESOL classes in Somerville. |
