A recent poll, conducted by the MassINC Polling Group and sponsored by the MassINC Associate Board, showed that young people are more likely than others to seek a fun, exciting job for a socially responsible employer. Would you be willing to sacrifice on workplace environment in order to avoid a period of unemployment?  How long would you be willing to be unemployed to find your ideal place of employment?  If you were to wait for the ideal job, what would you do in the meantime?
