Cam Huff is president of The E. C. Huff Group, dedicated to helping public and private organizations build the capacity to survive – and thrive – in challenging times, and the Director of State and Local Fiscal Analysis for the New England Economic Partnership (NEEP). He brings almost 25 years of experience in the public sector as a financial and economic analyst, forecaster and manager. He has authored two widely-read MassINC policy briefs, including an in-depth review of two decades of Massachusetts state budgeting and a detailed study of the impact of capital gains on fiscal stability.
Prior to entering private practice in 2006, Cam served as Research Director of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, Chief of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Bureau of Analysis, Estimation and Research, and Assistant State Budget Director.
