Devin Cole is Manager of ONEin3 Boston at the Boston Redevelopment Authority. As ONEin3 Manager, Devin leads the City of Boston’s effort to connect with 20-34 year-olds, make them aware of resources available to them, and provide them with fulfilling opportunities for civic, social and professional engagement. Through this initiative, the City of Boston aims to maintain Boston’s magnetism for this demographic. Prior to managing ONEin3 Boston, Devin supported ONEin3 and five other initiatives that specialize in attracting and retaining businesses in various industry sectors.

Outside of work, Devin serves as a Connector for Boston World Partnerships, spreading the good word about Boston’s business community globally. He also sits on the board of Mytown, a non-profit that teaches leadership to high school age Bostonians by training them to guide historical and cultural tours of their neighborhoods.
