Sonia Hamel is an advisor to governments and foundations on energy, transportation, and climate change policy. She brings three decades of experience working in Massachusetts state government, serving most recently as the director of Air Policy and Planning in the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and special assistant in the Office for Commonwealth Development.
