CEO’S For Cities has launched an unusual contest. In an effort to increase the number adults with college degrees in our cities, they have partnered with the Kresge Foundation and the Lumina Foundation to award the $1 million “Talent Dividend Prize” to the city with the greatest increase in the number of college degrees per one thousand population.
